  Sending 4 pairs or more? Shipping back is free of charge as reward to be an environmentally friendly, sustainable and thoughtful climber.
  

  First you pay your invoice then you get your shoes back.

  ‍Curada Resole takes full responsibility for your shoes from the moment they arrive at the workshop till they leave.

  If they go missing before receiving them or after we have sent them back (i.e. lost in post) then the responsibility lies with the customer and the postal service.

If you are shipping your shoes to Curada Resole you are responsible for paying for the full shipping costs. Shipping cost will be included in the final invoice you must pay prior to getting your shoes shipped back. Curada Resole will ship shoes back using regular shipping unless is specifically requested to have it insured.
